Banyan Software has acquired Berkeley Myles Solutions, the Glasgow company that has written MRP software for UK manufacturers since 1996. It is Banyan’s first investment in Scotland.
Banyan buys and holds software businesses for the long term. The Berkeley Myles team continues to run its products and support its customers from Glasgow.
